That’s My DJ is operated by Safe Haven Elderly Care LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- DJs: name, equipment, photos, events and prices, and payment details handled by our payment provider.
- Fans: the name you enter, the songs and messages you send, and payment details handled by our payment provider.
- Booking requests: name, phone or email, event type, date and notes.
- Basic technical data such as device type and error logs.
We do not see or store full card numbers. Our payment provider processes payments.
How we use it
To run the app, connect fans with DJs, send DJs alerts, process payments, prevent fraud, answer support requests and improve the service.
Who sees it
A DJ sees the requests, messages and booking details sent to that DJ. We share data with our payment provider and hosting services so the app works, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Email support@thatsmydj.app to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. We keep data only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal and tax duties.
Children
The app is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
